10:03 am	Women Old Age- A Must Read! It is recognized and well accepted that women has a long living duration than men. She being so patient and tolerant tolerates life’s harsh times and sticks to living it while man say good bye to life sooner than women of his age. Women during old days go through several health issues which are generally a cause of a problem that has its roots related to her young age many times. Old age brings a lot of misery for women especially in terms of health and healing. Studies reveal that women undergoes pain more then men due to hormonal changes and other bodily secretions. Physical disabilities are much common among old aged women and it is an alarming sign to our society too where women is dominating the world economies but when it comes to old age, there is no one to share her pain and feelings. It has been found that elderly women are prone to disease and health problems like memory losses, breast cancers, chronic attacks etc. There are hardly healthy old women in any country or place. Ninety percent of old women are suffering some serious disease or disability which is quite disheartening for people and their nations. Obesity seems to be a major cause of women illness and disabilities. It is advisable for all young girls to keep a check on their eating habits as this will help them in reducing risk of problems at older age. World powers are taking steps towards educating old women about health care and right living habits that will help them sustain a happy and healthier longer life. Many voluntary and non-voluntary organizations are visiting small town old women to help them stay strong and happy. Various governmental plans have been proposed to provide benefits to our old ladies. This is a smart move to take care of our elderly females. (Comment on this)

1:47 am	How to Decorate a Couples Place? Marriage makes two people unite and build a heavenly place which is called- ‘home’. But have you ever thought how these two souls manage to match their tastes and come up with one best thing that could give their house a beautiful look? Did you ever wonder how two people with different ideas can make a one wonder working home even after having different choices and mind sets? No! Don’t you think its mysterious? Actually this is what home improvement all about! Two different people turn a house to a livable and happening place, all with their unique taste and choices. What if you are assigned to decorate or plan for a newly wedded couple? Would you be able to do that or you will find it so hard to say ‘yes’? I have few great tips that would help you in fighting such a situation and impress the wedded couple to get extra tip. Be sure to be neutral while you shop for decoration items for a couple as you may offend one if you decorate house according to another person. So be selectively neutral and try to make a balance while you are up to decorating their rooms. Try to achieve a balance by buying two things at the same time, one as a feminine choice and other as a male choice, this way you would end up buying equal number of decoration items per their choices and no one would then blame you for being biased in your choice selection. Here is an example on how you can achieve balance between the two choices! Try to club things together like floral curtains would compliment with a masculine leather couch as these will ad to the eminent style of gentle looking couch all like a lady does! 1:23 am	What if you have to adjust with a bad roomie? It is many times a case during school and professional life when you meet a bad roomie and are left with no option leaving that you can accept this bitter truth with a weird smile and move inside the room that you really don’t want to get in! I understand how painful it is to live with someone who doesn’t matches up with your taste but student life is full of such frustrating incidents at which you have no control or you can’t do anything about it. Here is a solid tip that may help you in managing with your so called bad roomie and have a relaxed feeling when you enter you room after tiring lectures or classes. What to do if your roomie bugs you? It is natural that a person at your age is a lil’ careless and forgets about keeping things at place, wiping the floor, flushing toilet after using and so on. Not every second student is like this but many act this way, don’t get irritated with such things when you see your roomie do such nuisance even if you are not one of those careless group members..hahha! Go to him in a very calm mood with a cup of coffee or tea whichever is appropriate and let him understand how such things are distracting your attention and you are not able to concentrate on your studies as cleaning and keeping the room fit takes a lot of your time and strength. Make him realize how would he feel when you do something which is not right in his eye, talk gently and end your discussion with a note saying ‘I want to share this room with you until we are here because you really are a nice person which is why I have taken a time out to discuss these things instead of writing an application for room change..’ This will touch your roommate’s heart and he would definitely try to change his behavior and attitude towards you and the room of course. Always remember there are two ways of letting other do what you want, one ,be friends with them and let them do it for you with all their willingness or bully them and increase your enemy count! Choice is yours, after all you will have to live in that place for around six months if not an year or two. Think twice before you act! Networking Letter:- This is a kind of information search during a job hunt For a cover letter to be attractive, it is essential that it should exhibit clear purpose of it being proposed to an organization. It should clearly tell the purpose as well as the position you are seeking for. In simpler words a cover letter should be specifically written for a specific company and specific position. You should not write and send one single cover letter to two or more companies. Effective cover letters explain the reasons for your interest in the specific organization and identify your most relevant skills or experiences (remember, relevance is determined by the employer's self-interest). They should express a high level of interest and knowledge about the position. Cover letters that explains about the reason for your interest in a particular job and the company are more likely to attract interviewers and not the cover letter that talks about various things accept these two.
